We at Thunderbird Products have been in the sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication business since 1983.  In 2003 we added the waterjet to our list of services.  We strive to give our customers the best product and service available. 

Over the past year we have an "on time delivery" of 98%, and "product conformance" of 98%.  We can meet or beat most of our competitors pricing.

Our experienced Staff is very knowledgeable in using CAD/CAM technology, and can import just about any type of file.  Finished parts are verified to meet tolerances required.  We can meet tolerances as low as +/- .005" with a high degree of repeatability.
